Your challenges
Joining our Global Talent Acquisition team, this opportunity as a Recruitment Partner is based in Hamburg, Germany, and will support the Northern Europe region, primarily Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be collaborating closely with our Recruitment Partner based in Hamburg and with the Global TA team, which is made up of 20 talented colleagues who are passionate about attracting and retaining top talent in the organization.

As a Recruitment Partner, you will use your direct sourcing, recruitment, and consulting skills, and your insights to continuously support and consult management in pursuit of getting the right talent onboard. Combining your TA background with in-depth business knowledge, you will work with sourcing strategies, creating fact-based and value-adding business insight, and recommendations for the region. Here you will get the chance to directly impact the performance of the company by helping to ensure we get the right talent into the business, and into the right roles at the right time.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business practices, needs, and workforce plans
  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR on putting in place robust recruitment plans
  • Direct sourcing/headhunting of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Attraction and pre-selection
  • Assessment and psychometric testing feedback
  • Ensuring best-in-class attraction and candidate experience as well as advising the business on best practice
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including; line managers, HR, and department heads
  • Generation of timely and accurate market intelligence
  • Support local employer branding activities
Ihr Profil

We expect that you have:

  • Several years of experience attracting and headhunting top talent in Germany and DACH
  • Experience with active sourcing for specialist roles
  • The ability to build talent pools of passive candidates for business-critical roles
  • Experience working for a global organization
  • Strong, proven stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Psychometric testing is advantageous
