- Partner the Director Energy Assets in all Human Recourses topics in a cross-company and multi-country structure
- Consult, support and act as sparring partner for the international Energy Assets Leadership Team in all major HR related topics
- Lead, steer and develop the HR Business Partner International Team, with local and functional team members across the several international locations
- Drive key topics from an HR perspective strategically and operationally, e.g. reorganizations, development initiatives, recruiting of executives etc.
- Steer, support and implement group HR processes for assigned businesses, e.g. succession planning, annual pay cycle etc.
- Support group processes for assigned businesses from an HR perspective, e.g. mid-term planning
- Manage codetermination processes related to assigned businesses
- As a member of the core Human Resources team for COO, represent the Energy Assets International business areas
- Reflect HR specific needs and requirements of assigned business areas
- Upon request take responsibility for specific HR related project topics
- Disciplinary responsibility for a team of 3
- Report to SVP HRBP COO and closely collaborate with HR BP COO Leadership Team
- Diploma/master level university degree or similar in business administration/HR, economics or comparable field
- At least 5-10 years of professional experience in an international environment (preferably as HR BP or People Partner, HR Manager or similar, ideally within the field of an Energy Utility)
- Experience in remote steering of topics in other countries
- Experienced counterpart/interface to local co-determination bodies
- Good understanding of HR processes
- Successful acting in a complex and fast moving international environment
- Open and curious mindset and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new developments
- Very good collaboration skills and interest in collaborating across teams/functions/countries/businesses is essential
- Willingness to occasionally travel to national and international office locations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good negotiation skills
- Ability to integrate in and contribute to a well cooperating team
- Resilience, ability to keep calm under pressure and a good sense of humour
- Fluent written and verbal English, ability to communicate in German
