Group Human Resources is responsible for the Group-wide people strategy. It designs the talent processes for the Group and is responsible for the development of our executive leaders and talents. At the same time, we also deliver HR services for our TAKKT AG employees. We believe that our employees are the most important pillar of our business. These responsibilities and tasks provide variety in your daily work:

  • As a direct report of our VP HR, you and your team ensure excellent HR services to our TAKKT AG employees and business partnering in HR topics for international TAKKT Group
  • You lead and coach a high performing HR team of 5-7 direct reports
  • Support the growth and transformation agenda of the new CEO in all relevant people and change management topics, at the same time being a trusted partner for executives and our Global HR Community
  • Conceptualize and develop further modern and creative HR strategies and HR processe, i.e. in recruiting and development
  • Manage and lead the learning and (leadership) development agenda, including consulting and coaching for executives and their teams in development topics
  • Identify strategic needs, while being an active part of executing initiatives and delivering HR operations

This is the profile we are looking for:

  • min. 5 years of professional experience in a role similar scale and complexity, preferably in growth and fast-paced environment, e.g. as HR Teamlead or HR Business Partner
  • Profound experience in project and change management, not only initiating, but also implementing organizational and leadership development programs and initiatives
  • business acumen & understanding HR as an enabler of business success
  • “State-of-the-art” HR functional knowledge regarding recruiting, retention, and development, knowledge of HR processes and policies and employer branding best practices
  • High mental agility and a positive ‘can-do’ approach to move from strategy to action fast
  • collaborative and transparent team player, able to quickly build trust with stakeholders
  • International track record (ideally US), has effectively collaborated in multi-cultural teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required in English and German
