Your tasks:

  • Managing the Team: You will be responsible for the HR Services EMEA team while managing and developing them as a role-model

  • Organizational Development: You oversee all administrative HR processes (e.g. contract management, payroll, benefits, absences, compliance & regulations) in EMEA from Hire to Retire and advise stakeholders (e.g., Board, VP HR, HRBPs) in HR matters for EMEA

  • Global Process Owner for HR Services: You create a compelling employee experience and streamline, improve, and enhance our current practices in HR Services and make recommendations for improvements (via the use of technology and under consideration of market trends)

  • HRIS Management: You act as HRIS super-user, provide day-to-day user support, build data analytics

  • Ensure alignment: You manage the cooperation with the works council independently

  • Trainee/Apprentice Management: You support trainees & apprentices as a contact person and actively promote targeted succession planning in the relevant departments

Your profile:

  • Experienced Leader: 5+ years’ experience in leading the HR function (HR Operations), coaching teams and stakeholders, and developing direct reports for high-change companies (preferable high-growth)
  • Proven Background: Excellent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/People Management, Business, Psychology or related field

  • Strategic HR Partner: Ability to think strategically, execute tactically with process-oriented working methods, as well as strong consulting and problem-solving skills while collaborating across many teams, levels, and internationally

  • Human Focus: Excellent relationship skills & Hands- on mentality with an open mindset

  • Communications skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills and highly proficient in both spoken and written English & German. Additional languages are welcome

  • Analytical Driver: Demonstrated ability to consistently drive change and actively manage various global & regional stakeholders & ability to create solutions for complex challenges leveraging creativity, innovation and analytics (via using technology)

  • Last but not least: Experience in overseeing payroll processes (across EMEA) and good understanding of labor law (Germany mandatory, other European countries preferable)
