Your tasks:
Managing the Team: You will be responsible for the HR Services EMEA team while managing and developing them as a role-model
Organizational Development: You oversee all administrative HR processes (e.g. contract management, payroll, benefits, absences, compliance & regulations) in EMEA from Hire to Retire and advise stakeholders (e.g., Board, VP HR, HRBPs) in HR matters for EMEA
Global Process Owner for HR Services: You create a compelling employee experience and streamline, improve, and enhance our current practices in HR Services and make recommendations for improvements (via the use of technology and under consideration of market trends)
HRIS Management: You act as HRIS super-user, provide day-to-day user support, build data analytics
Ensure alignment: You manage the cooperation with the works council independently
Trainee/Apprentice Management: You support trainees & apprentices as a contact person and actively promote targeted succession planning in the relevant departments
Your profile:
- Experienced Leader: 5+ years’ experience in leading the HR function (HR Operations), coaching teams and stakeholders, and developing direct reports for high-change companies (preferable high-growth)
Proven Background: Excellent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/People Management, Business, Psychology or related field
Strategic HR Partner: Ability to think strategically, execute tactically with process-oriented working methods, as well as strong consulting and problem-solving skills while collaborating across many teams, levels, and internationally
Human Focus: Excellent relationship skills & Hands- on mentality with an open mindset
Communications skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills and highly proficient in both spoken and written English & German. Additional languages are welcome
Analytical Driver: Demonstrated ability to consistently drive change and actively manage various global & regional stakeholders & ability to create solutions for complex challenges leveraging creativity, innovation and analytics (via using technology)
Last but not least: Experience in overseeing payroll processes (across EMEA) and good understanding of labor law (Germany mandatory, other European countries preferable)
