Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>Strategic lead for all topics of Talent Acquisition in cooperation with Regional HR partners</li>
 <li>Functional consultation of Regional HR partners and business stakeholders regarding the full functional scope of talent acquisition, including strategic workforce planning, competence-based hiring, candidate experience, revamp of recruitment capabilities and resources in local operations, recruitment data analytics</li>
 <li>Global governance for processes, policies, local roles, and responsibilities (Recruiter, Sourcer, RPO, Agency Management) in Talent Acquisition</li>
 <li>Implement measures to increase a positive and efficient candidate journey in all regions</li>
 <li>KPI Tracking and Data analysis for the entire hiring process (e.g. time to hire, new entries and attrition, recruitment channel efficiency)</li>
 <li>Functional responsibility for the application tracking software worldwide and other digital tools along the recruitment process</li>
 <li>Interface with regional key users and hands-on responsibility for implementation in the regions and training of local users</li>
 <li>Involvement as functional project lead for new IT solutions from A-Z (requirements analysis, test and roll-out phase)</li>
 <li>Setting up and checking compliance with quality standards</li>
 <li>Further development of existing and implementation of new concepts and digital processes and tools in line with business objectives and HR Strategy, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, but also in connection with other HR processes</li>
 <li>Opportunity to take over responsibility as functional manager for one to two direct reports</li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 

Qualifications
 <ul>
 <li>Degree in business administration, psychology, business informatics or comparable education</li>
 <li>Very good knowledge of modern HR processes and tools as well as experience with strategic HR projects</li>
 <li>Enthusiasm for digitalization and the connection of HR strategies and processes with IT</li>
 <li>Interest in technology and software applications, their implementation and support</li>
 <li>Strength and experiences in process-oriented thinking, analytic thinking, data-based work and data analytics</li>
 <li>Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working</li>
 <li>High degree of customer orientation, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of intercultural cooperation paired with assertiveness</li>
 <li>Fluency in English, German is a plus</li>
