Your future plans
 <ul>
 <li>Develop and implement RWE’s global people brand strategy</li>
 <li>Increase RWE’s visibility internationally as an employer of choice</li>
 <li>Ensure that candidate experience is coherent to our culture and values</li>
 <li>Provide unique features according to Employer Value Proposition (EVP) framework and toolbox</li>
 <li>Design strategic Employer Brand (EB) campaigns and support execution on a local, functional and global level</li>
 <li>Monitor developments in employer branding and act accordingly</li>
 <li>Manage the group-wide HR content for the social media channels and be the interface to the Communication department</li>
 <li>Prove EB efficiency via respective KPIs</li>
 <li>Develop, lead and coordinate communication activities regarding HR internally and externally</li>

Your powerful skills
 <ul>
 <li>University degree in Marketing, Communication, Sociology, Management, or similar</li>
 <li>Long-standing experience and proven track record of successfully implementing and managing a global employer brand</li>
 <li>Adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders and ability to understand and navigate the political landscape and influence in a complex and global environment</li>
 <li>Strong interpersonal and relationship skills</li>
 <li>Experience in working across borders and cultures</li>
 <li>Drive, resilience and strong self-motivation</li>
 <li>Experience and passion working in virtual teams</li>
 <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
 <li>Fluency in English</li>
