• Executing HR value-creation topics in our portfolio companies focusing on Talent & Organizational Strategy.
• Supporting due diligences of potential new portfolio companies by assessing the management teams, organization and people function.
• Further development and implementation of HR playbook for portfolio companies
• Partnering with our portfolio companies, advising on their talent-related and organizational challenges (hiring & retaining talent, scaling organizations).
• Responsibility for recruiting best-in-class C-Level candidates in close cooperation and alignment with the portfolio companies.
• Advising on the development and execution of an HR strategy for portfolio companies.
• Conducting workshops for executive teams and HR of the portfolio companies.
• Responsibility for the portfolio-wide HR community.
• Educating the investment team and portfolio companies on talent-related topics (e.g., training on interviewing executive candidates).

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, human resource management, organization psychology or a comparable qualification with strong academic credentials.
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in HR consulting, HR and/or in executive search, ideally in the context of PE or in advising PE-backed companies.
• Deep HR experience building an HR function from scratch or working as an HR professional in a growth company knowing how to scale and handle conflicting priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws, rules and regulations.
• Proven track record in building relationships both internally and externally. Ability to influence, align and impact different levels of the organization across functions.
• Well-developed commercial understanding which allows you to rapidly understand different business models and respective value drivers.
• Outstanding project management skills with can-do- and hands-on mentality.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English both written and spoken.
