We are looking for an engaged Talent Acquisition Manager who brings solid expertise and a passion for FSC's mission, to work with us in a multinational environment.
The Scope
You will be part of an international team of 3 Recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Team Lead. You will focus on attracting, sourcing, selecting, and onboarding the best candidates worldwide. You will also support the implementation of the new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with special focus on the Recruitment module.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for FSC's vacancies worldwide.
- Build a high-quality relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Draft job descriptions together with the Hiring Managers of the different units.
- Search and propose targeted recruiting channels according to the different vacancies.
- Actively search for potential candidates on career platforms (e.g., on LinkedIn, Stepstone).
- Plan and conduct interviews alone and with the Hiring Managers.
- Document and organize Works Council Hearings.
- Help identify relevant Recruiting KPIs and keep related data up to date.
- Improve recruitment processes for FSC International and Regional Offices based on recruitment KPIs.
- Manage visa process and facilitate On- and Off-boarding of new employees incl. moderation of Induction sessions for newcomers.
- Support the implementation of the Recruiting Module of our new HRIS.
- Act as key user for the HRIS, collaborate with the IT department to ensure functionality of the system by performing regular tests and upgrades.
- Support in co-designing the FSC Employer Brand.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
Education and Training:
- Successfully completed studies in Human Resources Management (bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent).
Working Experience, Style, and Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in the HR field, incl. 5 years in global Talent Acquisition.
- Operational experience with HRIS systems, in particular with the implementation of a new Recruiting system.
- Experience in Direct Search, in particular in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exemplary communications and intercultural skills.
- Ability to perform well while handling simultaneously different projects.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, global team.
Computer Skills: Excellent skills in the use of/experience with:
- Standard software packages (MS Office), especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- HRIS Systems
Language and Communication Skills:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in German is a huge asset.
- Spanish or French is a plus.
Terms and Conditions
- Location: Bonn, Germany.
- Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week (part time of at least 75% could be considered)
- Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years (extension possible)
- Starting Date: As soon as possible.
